Rudy's Surgery

Rudy Kramer, star pitcher for the American House team, recently under went surgery to have his 90% blocked carotid artery cleaned out. The surgeon was, or as I would like to refer to him now as a rock star, Dr. Tamer N. Boules of St John's Providence heart health care unit in Novi.

He started the procedure at 7:30 am. It lasted almost four hours.

Rudy, as the doc put it, at 82, is one tough Marine. Rudy is part of that Greatest Generation, he stormed the beaches of Okinawa
during WWII.

Dr. Boules says he should be back on the pitchers mound in one week.

Watch out other teams, Rudy is on his way back and healthier than ever......
